Introduction. Nowadays, obesity is considered as a chronic metabolic disease that occurs at any age. The relevance of the study defined by high prevalence obese people objective was psychological assessment level compliance, emotional state, characteristics eating behavior and satisfaction with quality life in patients morbid before after bariatric surgery. Methods materials. included 30 who underwent surgery aged 26 to 53 years. Psychodiagnostic techniques clinical scales were used determine state features behavior. Results. showed surgery, type changed towards stronger compliance diet, their improved but same time, decreased. 6 months medical recommendations Patients began violate prescribed regimen, depreciated possible consequences complications, neglect some aspects treatment dietary compliance. Conclusion. It important pay attention creation preventive programs aimed informing about food composition caloric value, awareness habitual behavioral reactions stimuli risk factors for repeated breakdowns.
